Role Description

• The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos. The person in this position will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support property sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating and scheduling content, overseeing email campaigns, and coordinating paid advertising across digital platforms. The role also involves tracking and analyzing performance metrics, using web analytics tools to improve campaign effectiveness, and reporting results to leadership. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with sales, design, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging and client-focused marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Digital Marketing and general Marketing, with experience developing and executing integrated campaigns.
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, community management, and paid social campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability in Lead Generation, nurturing prospects through the marketing funnel, and supporting sales conversion goals.
• Experience using Web Analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or similar) to track KPIs, generate insights, and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines on-site in Lagos.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications) or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in real estate or property-related marketing is an advantage, as is familiarity with the Lagos market.
