Digital Infrastructure Support Officer

Job Details
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Technical support for digital infrastructure (hardware and software)
- Providing support to internal users
- Resolving technology challenges as they arise
- End-user training
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Digital Infrastructure Support
- Experience as an Microsoft 365 Administrator
- Relevant professional certification such as ITIL, PMP, etc. is an added advantage
