Job Description

• Digital Infrastructure Support Business Analyst is responsible for providing technical support for a full range of business technology, including computer systems (hardware and software), software support and implementation, network infrastructure, IP phones/PBX, mobile devices, and specialized business applications and core application.
• He will also be responsible for supporting and implementing applications, process automation support, user engagement and business requirements gathering, documentation and business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Technical support for digital infrastructure (hardware and software).
• Cloud computing support.
• Network and telecommunications support.
• Providing support to internal users.
• Resolving technology challenges as they arise.
• End-user training.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
• Setting up accounts for new users.
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
• Testing new technology.
• Business requirements analysis and process automation support.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• 2 - 4 years work experience.
