• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Diesel Clerk to join our project team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing diesel usage, maintaining accurate fuel records, and ensuring the efficient distribution of diesel across all project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and record daily diesel supply and usage at all designated sites.
• Maintain accurate logs of diesel receipts, transfers, and consumption.
• Reconcile diesel stock balances and report discrepancies immediately.
• Liaise with procurement and logistics teams to coordinate diesel deliveries.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly diesel usage reports.
• Ensure proper documentation for all diesel transactions.
• Assist in maintaining fuel storage equipment and reporting faults when necessary.
• Comply with all safety and environmental regulations related to fuel handling.
• Support audits by providing clear and accurate fuel records when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working on construction sites or similar field environments.
• Solid understanding of how diesel is stored, handled, and distributed in the field.
• Experience in tracking diesel consumption across multiple project sites.
• Familiarity with fuel logbooks, waybills, and inventory reconciliation.
