DevOps Engineer at Odixcity Consulting

Role Objective

• Ensure reliable, fast, and efficient software delivery by enabling continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and infrastructure automation.

Responsibilities 

• Maintain system configuration with tools like Chef, puppet, or Ansible.
• Setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable releases.
• Implement monitoring systems to track application performance and identify potential issues.
• Use tools such as; Terraform, Cloud Formation or Pulumi to manage infrastructure programmatically.
• Manage compute, storage, networking, and security configurations.
• Performing vulnerability scanning, secret management, and compliance checks.
• Automate and optimize repetitive tasks and processes.
• Support incident response and root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a relating field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in DevOps or a similar role.
• Strong Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools, pipeline management, and automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of monitoring/logging tools.
• Excellent Microsoft power platform, and analytical skills.
