DevOps Engineer at Kredi Bank

• ​​​​​The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability and security of our platforms while driving automation and efficiency across the organization.

This role requires but is not limited to the following:

• Design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable infrastructure solutions on AWS cloud platform.
• Automate the provisioning, configuration, and deployment of infrastructure components using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable delivery of software applications.
• Monitor the health and performance of systems and application in real-time, identifying and addressing issues proactively.
• Implement security best practices and compliance standards to protect sensitive financial data and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Design and implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions to minimize downtime and data loss.
• Perform capacity planning and scalability assessments to support the growth of our platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, QA, and operations, to drive alignment and achieve common goals.
• Participate in incident response activities, conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures to mitigate future incidents.
• Evaluate new tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve processes and increase efficiency.
• Document infrastructure configurations, deployment procedures, and troubleshooting guides to ensure reproducibility and facilitate knowledge sharing within the organization

We expect you to have: 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalence (Computer Science, Engineering, or related field).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role in a professional services organization. Experience with Fintech is an advantage. 
• Strong proficiency in infrastructure automation, configuration management, and version control systems.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform. (GCP is an advantage).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or Bash.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack.
• Solid understanding of security best practices, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements in the fintech industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
