Skills and Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of #reservoir characterization, #well performance analysis, and enhanced #oil recovery techniques.
• Proven track record of successfully leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects.
• Advanced knowledge of reservoir engineering principles, including #fluid dynamics, #petrophysics, and #reservoir modeling.
•  Familiarity with #Southern Nigeria’s subsurface characteristics and petroleum systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret reservoir data and recommend actionable solutions.
• Capability to balance technical requirements with commercial considerations.
• Understanding of Nigerian oil and gas industry regulations and local content requirements.
• Experience working with regulatory agencies such as DPR or NUPRC is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geology, or a related field Minimum of #10 years of experience in reservoir engineering, including #leadership roles in #reservoir development.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as#Eclipse, #Petrel, #OFM, or equivalent.
