Key Responsibilities

• Lead additive manufacturing projects from conception to completion, including planning, execution, and documentation.
• Develop and optimize additive manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and reliability.
• Research, evaluate, and implement new additive manufacturing technologies, materials, and equipment.
• Establish and maintain quality standards for additive manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, materials, and production, to integrate additive manufacturing into product development and manufacturing processes.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians within the additive manufacturing division.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in additive manufacturing processes, technologies, and workflows.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process specifications.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with additive manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment.
• Manage relationships with additive manufacturing equipment suppliers, service providers, and material vendors
