    Depot Sales Representative

    Job Summary

    • The Depot Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales activities at the depot, maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.
    • The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing existing customers, processing orders, and supporting the overall growth of the business.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Promote and sell company products to customers within the assigned territory.
    • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and walk-in customers.
    • Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
    • Monitor stock availability and coordinate with warehouse personnel.
    • Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
    • Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs.
    • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Requirements

    • OND/NCE in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Good customer relationship management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
