Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role based in Abuja for a Deposit Mobilization Officer.
• The role involves implementing strategies to attract new deposits from both individuals and businesses, managing and growing the bank's deposit base, and building lasting relationships with clients to ensure continued trust and patronage.
• The officer will also participate in promotional activities, monitor market trends, and provide insights to improve deposit mobilization efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong Business Development and Marketing skills, including expertise in identifying potential customers and developing strategies to attract deposits
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
• Analytical and Market Research skills for understanding market trends and identifying opportunities for deposit growth
• Time Management and Organizational skills to meet deposit targets and handle multiple clients effectively
• Proven track record of achieving financial targets and business growth
• Educational background in Finance, Banking, Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
• Prior experience in the microfinance or financial sector is an advantage
