Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Deposit Mobilization Officer at Alert Group located in Lagos, with flexibility for some remote work.
• The Deposit Mobilization Officer will be responsible for managing and mobilizing deposits, developing strategies to attract new customers, fostering relationships with existing clients, and achieving deposit targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in deposit mobilization and customer relationship management
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of financial products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
