    Responsibilities

    • Lead weekly demand and supply planning meetings, ensuring alignment across procurement, logistics, warehousing, and sales teams.
    • Analyze historical sales data and demand patterns, including demand variability, backorders (frequency and duration), order-to-arrival lead times, and product shelf life.
    • Classify products using ABC analysis to define target availability and inventory strategies.
    • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure diagnostic products in the warehouse do not exceed 90 days of sales.
    • Manage Expired Products Control processes to minimize waste, write-offs, and compliance risks.
    • Activate, configure, and continuously optimize the Demand Planning module in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
    • Map current supply chain processes within D365, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and propose system-driven or AI-enabled improvements.
    • Build and maintain dynamic D365 and Power BI dashboards covering demand planning, procurement, warehousing, and inbound/outbound logistics.
    • Provide actionable insights and reports to support decision-making, cost optimization, and service-level improvement.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree with at least a 2:1 grade in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
    • 3–5 years’ experience in demand planning, supply chain analytics, inventory management, or a similar role.
    • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Supply Chain / SCM modules) is highly preferred.
    • Advanced data analysis and reporting skills using Excel and Power BI (SQL knowledge is an advantage).
    • Solid understanding of demand forecasting, inventory planning, ABC classification, and supply chain KPIs.
    • Experience managing inventory controls, expiry management, and service-level targets in regulated or fast-moving environments.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across sales, operations, procurement, and finance teams.
    • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets.
    • Strong problem-solving mindset with a continuous improvement and automation focus.
