The Demand Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts for the company's products.
This role involves analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors to create reliable forecasts that drive efficient inventory management, production planning, and overall supply chain optimization.
The Demand Planner will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align forecasts with business objectives and ensure timely product availability.
About You
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. Experience
6 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management.
Proven track record of developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts. *Experience with forecasting software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices.
