    Demand Planner (CWA)

    Role Purpose 

    • Drive the business planning process by balancing demand and supply, integrating financial and operational planning, and aligning strategic goals with day-to-day execution.
    • Ensure reliable demand forecasts, optimum inventory, and strong cross-functional collaboration to achieve service levels at the lowest cost.

    Demand Planning & Forecasting:

    •  Develop, maintain, and improve the Demand Plan.
    • Conduct scenario analysis, manage assumptions, and communicate risks/opportunities versus financial forecasts.

    Inventory & Product Availability:

    • Collaborate with Supply and Inventory Planners to ensure continuous replenishment from factories and import hubs.
    • Maintain optimum stock levels, ensuring timely delivery and freshness of inventory.
    • Proactively manage excess/obsolete stock, expiry risks, and leftover inventories.

    Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP):

    • Lead demand inputs for monthly S&OP (Demand Review, Pre-S&OP, Executive S&OP). Translate financial targets into volume forecasts during annual business planning.

    IMS (Sell-out) Planning:

    • Review sell-out and customer stockholding data to validate forecasts and predict IMS trends.
    • Collaborate with Distribution Planners to ensure right inventory levels across customer warehouses.

    Master Data Management:

    • Create, update, and maintain master data in OMP, SAP, and PLM/PDM to ensure accuracy and avoid duplication.
    • Manage product master data, NARTS, BOMs, lot sizes, and VAS products through their lifecycle.

    Requirements
    Your Profile:

    • University or similar degree – ideally in Engineering, Statistics & Mathematics or Other Sciences
    • 3-5 years relevant experience in FMCG
    • Advanced skill level in Microsoft office (Excel, Power point)
    • Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
    • Good knowledge of SAP Modules (R3, APODP, APO-SNP) – Knowledge of MM and BI will be advantageous.
    • Excellent Analytical skills: High level of attention to detail and ability to work with a large volume of data
