Dell EMC Storage Administrator at Maurice Xandra Solutions

A client in the technology industry is seeking a dellEMC Storage Administrator on an IT Infrastructure team focusing on deploying a dellEMC backup system and administering backups throughout the environment. Duties may include setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system-wide software and allocating mass storage space, and  makes recommendations of hardware and software to purchase

Responsibilities

• Help to maintain systems-level maintenance for storage infrastructure 
• Ability to track existing storage usage
• Collaborate with customers storage support teams
• Participate in problem solving and troubleshooting for the assigned task(s), functional area(s) or project(s)
• Support the design, operation, workflow and issue resolution for storage infrastructures.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Electronics Engineering or other related fields
• At least 3-5 years (or relative) in a Systems or Desktop support role
• Experience with: DellEMC Hardware, Windows/Linux Servers, Active Directory, Office 365, AWS (1-2 Years)
• A certified DellEMC storage administrator
