Role Overview

• As the Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the full delivery lifecycle from dispatch to final customer drop-off.
• You will lead the delivery team, ensure efficient routing, enforce service standards, and troubleshoot logistics challenges in real time.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily delivery activities and personnel
• Design and execute effective delivery schedules and routing plans
• Ensure timely, accurate, and damage-free deliveries
• Monitor driver performance and manage compliance with protocols
• Respond to delivery issues and customer concerns promptly
• Provide regular reports and insights to improve operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Logistics, Business, or any relevant field
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in delivery/logistics operations, preferably in a leadership role
• Proven ability to manage delivery teams and logistics KPIs
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and team leadership ability
• Must be available to resume immediately.
