Profile Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma (minimum); Bachelor's preferred

Experience (1 - 3 years) in:

• - Direct face-to-face sales (preferably vacation ownership or luxury product)
• Hospitality or tourism a plus
• Personality: Confident closer, persuasive, people-oriented.

Key Skills:

• Excellent sales and closing techniques 
• Presentation and storytelling
• Active listening and customer objection handling
• Record keeping and performance reporting.

Tech Skills:

• Familiar with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Other Attributes:

• High energy, results-driven, team collaborator 
• Receptive to coaching and performance-based feedback
• Comfortable in a competitive, high-performance sales floor.

Preferred Candidates Should Be:

• Polished, well-spoken, and professional
• Experienced in selling lifestyle or premium service products
• Capable of working under quotas and pressure.
