Data Scrapper at Seflam SGL Ltd

Job Purpose

To conduct Physical Asset Verification (PAV) activities on a client's plant assets and produce reports in an agreed format.

Main Accountabilities

• Verify equipment/tag at plant locations (Tag Plate Identification).                  
• Record Master data for the identified tags (Model Number/Serial Number/Manufacturer)
• Identify and capture the details of Tags on the PEF but not found at the unit location in the plant or found on site but not captured on PEF/Plot plans/Drawing layouts.                           
• Take photographs of the Tag name plates and equipment.
• Hand over tags master data details and pictures to the Supervisor at COB.
• Ensure the right permit are taken to site.
• Handle other assigned duties.

Skills

• Ability to interpret Isometric and Process Engineering Flow Scheme (PEFS), Isometric, etc.
• Working knowledge of industrial HSE policies and practices e.g. PPE, PTW, Observe, Intervene and Report (check cards), Toolbox meeting, LMRA.
• Strong oral, Written Communication, Organizational, Problem-solving skills, detailed – oriented individual.
• Ability to meet deadlines.

• OND in Engineering

Experience

• Two (2) years’ preferably in manufacturing/production.
• Must have worked in any of the following discipline areas: Mechanical/QAQC/Electrical/Instrument

Job Duration

• 9 months with possible extension based on performance.
