Data & Performance Officer at P-GAT Industries

Role Summary

• Manage state operational data, performance indicators, dashboards and management reporting; analyse trends and provide actionable insights for operational and commercial decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with minimum Second Class Upper (2:1) in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in data analysis, performance management, monitoring and evaluation, business intelligence or similar work.
• Strong analytical, reporting and spreadsheet/data-visualisation skills.
• A Master's Degree in any relevant fields is an added advantage 

Employment Terms

• This postion is intended as full-time employment 
• Part-time or contract-based engagement may be considered on a case-by-case basis where the role, operational need, and candidate profile justify such an arrangement.
• Successful candidates may be required to work across assigned operational locations within Adamawa State and to participate in field activities where applicable.
