Job Summary

• We are looking for a knowledgeable and engaging Data Management Tutor to teach learners the fundamentals and practical applications of data management.
• The tutor will be responsible for delivering structured lessons, simplifying technical concepts, and helping learners develop practical skills in handling, organising, analysing, and managing data.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons on data management concepts, tools, and best practices.
• Teach learners how to collect, organise, clean, store, and manage data effectively.
• Provide practical training in databases, spreadsheets, data organisation, and basic data analysis.
• Create lesson plans, exercises, assignments, and practical projects appropriate to the learner’s level.
• Monitor learners’ progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Ensure classes are conducted professionally, punctually, and in line with the school’s teaching standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Data Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
• Practical knowledge of data management principles and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with databases such as SQL/MySQL.
• Experience with data cleaning, organisation, storage, and basic analysis.
• Previous teaching or tutoring experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for learners.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable device for online teaching.
