Data Integrity and Reconciliation Manager at SystemSpecs

• The role is responsible for ensuring that the reconciliation of transactions conducted across the active channels on the electronic payment platform and provides operational support services to the Bank and Non-Bank partners in addressing transaction reconciliation issues.

The successful candidate would be expected to carry out the following responsibilities:

• Periodic reconciliation of transactions processed through the platform.
• Monitoring of transaction processing and facilitation of timely resolution of identified exceptions by relevant stakeholders.
• Periodic reporting on payments processed, analysis of trend, and provision of ad hoc management reports required for decision-making and effective management of activities on the platform.
• Identification and timely reporting on suspicious transactions to the Divisional Head and the Compliance team for further review and appropriate action.
• Provision of relevant feedback on observed system challenges, bugs, and desired new platform features.
• Analysis and resolution of settlement and other operational issues that may be escalated by the Customer Experience team, partners, aggregators, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitation of training for new and registered users on the platform.
• Effective deployment and supervision of the human capital resources in the team towards delivering on the foregoing responsibilities.

Requirements

• A minimum of five years experience in operations in the financial service sector, preferably in banking and/or e-payment sector is required.
