Data Entry Officer at SKLD integrated Services LLC

Job Summary

As a Data Entry Officer, you are to manage, maintain, update, process, analyse, track and perform other data management tasks.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Prepare and sort documents / data sheets for the purpose of data entry
•  Create purchase orders for local and foreign goods
•  Check to make sure that accurate data has been entered into the ERP software
•  Assist in developing and maintaining improved records within the ERP database system
•  Produce automated data entry and integration reports when requested
•  Prepare Waybills for inter-shop transfers
•  Track and confirm receipt of inter-shop/Store transfer
•  Verify entered inventory data by reviewing, correcting, changing or deleting entered information when necessary
•  Check source documents against entered data to ensure data integrity at every stage
•  Assist in developing and maintaining improved records within the database system
•  Produce automated data entry and integration reports when requested
•  Generate statistical reports based on maintained data on a periodic basis
•  Edit and merge multiple inventory entry on ERP.

QUALIFICATIONS

HND/ Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or Mathematics
