Data Entry Officer at Davidorlah Farms

• In this role, you’ll help ensure that critical farm, production, inventory, sales and operational records are accurately captured, maintained and readily available to support better decision-making.

What you’ll do:

• Capture and update farm production and yield records.
• Maintain inventory, stock movement and equipment records.
• Verify data against field reports, receipts and other source documents.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Identify and flag data discrepancies.
• Support Finance, Procurement, Logistics and Business Intelligence teams with data.
• Maintain accurate and confidential company and client records.

What we’re looking for:

• OND, HND or BSc in any discipline.
• 1–2 years’ experience in data entry or administration.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with ERP or database systems.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with Pivot Tables, Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage.
• Agribusiness/farm operations experience is a plus.
