Data Entry Officer at Clover Mart (Cmart)

JOB SUMMARY:

• We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our database, maintaining data integrity, and performing data-related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and basic computer knowledge.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Labelling of product price tags
• Invoicing of product
• Mechanizing of product
• Printing of Price Tags
• Printing & pasting of Product Barcodes
• Analysing shop floor data base to facilitate product Invoicing
• Re-order level and replenishment when necessary
• Stock count before replenishment
• General and product stock count

REQUIREMENTS:

• OND, HND, BSC. in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 wpm)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
