Data Entry Assistant at Action Against Hunger | ACF Nigeria LTD/GTE

Key responsibilities:

• Enter suppliers' bids in the assessment table for international tender and restriction tender dossier;
• Organize the physical archive and soft copy of tender bids in framework dossiers (classification, scanning, photocopy);
• Upload bids on the procurement software; & Perform other archiving activities as required.

Position Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree/HND/or equivalent in any field;
• Minimum of 1-year experience in the field of office administration, logistics and/or supply chain;
• Ability to learn to use new software;
• Attention to detail - Diligence - Rigour - Autonomy - Organisation and Flexibility - Analytical and summarizing skills;
• Strong computer skills in MS Word and MS Excel;
• Capacity to work in a team;
• Good spoken and written English.
