• Analyze large datasets using statistical methods and data visualization tools.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to present key performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers and software developers to identify data needs and analytics requirements.
• Interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support business strategies and product improvements.
• Conduct A/B tests to evaluate the impact of product changes and new features.
• Analyze software performance and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
• Utilize machine learning algorithms and predictive models to anticipate user behavior and trends.
• Propose data-driven solutions to improve user engagement and software performance.
• Ensure data privacy and security compliance in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to data analysis and software development.
• Suggest process improvements and innovations to enhance data analysis capabilities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a software development or technology-focused environment.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Tableau,Excel, Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Knowledge of statistical concepts and methodologies.
• Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
