Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Abuja.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, be proficient with various analytical tools, and possess knowledge of agriculture (preferred but not required).
• As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data to inform business decisions and support operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources to generate actionable insights.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Work closely with business teams to understand data requirements and improve data collection processes.
• Monitor and optimize data quality and integrity.
• Present data analysis results and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Data Analyst, SAS, or similar).
• Experience in the agriculture sector is advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python, R, or similar data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Must have completed NYSC.
