Collect, clean, and organize data from various internal and external sources.
Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools (Excel, Tableau).
Work with stakeholders across departments to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting needs.
Present findings to management in clear, concise reports or visual formats.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance data collection and analysis processes.
Maintain data integrity and ensure consistent data quality across systems.
Provide cross-time-zone support to teams in Nigeria and India, ensuring data accessibility and timely insights.
Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests.
Requirements
Education: First degree in a related field with a demonstrated ability to work with data, derive insights, and communicate findings effectively. Preferred fields include Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or any related discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
Proficiency in Excel and Power BI. Proficiency in other data visualization tools (SQL Tableau) is an added advantage.
Experience with statistical analysis tools (Python, R) is a strong plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively across time zones and collaborate with international teams.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
