Data Analyst at Pastel

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau to provide insights into key metrics and KPIs
• Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis and reporting
• Design experiments and conduct A/B testing to measure the impact of product changes and features
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity, including experience with MongoDB
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership team in a clear and concise manner
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related fields
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields
• Strong proficiency in Tableau and experience building data visualizations and dashboards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large and complex data sets
• Experience with SQL and data querying languages
• Strong product mindset with a passion for building and improving products
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience working with MongoDB is a must, experience with Python or R is a plus
