Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support data driven decision making across the organization.
- The ideal candidate will analyze data, generate insights, and support strategic initiatives that improve business performance and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations
- Track KPIs and identify business trends
- Support decision-making with actionable insights
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and confidentiality.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Healthcare or health-tech experience is an added advantage.
