Data Analyst (Lead Process Optimization and Reporting) at Konga Online Shopping Limited

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Data Analyst to lead process optimization and reporting activities within Kxpress. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing operational data, generating actionable insights, improving reporting processes, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support business operations and strategic decisions
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools for management reporting
• Lead process optimization initiatives by identifying operational inefficiencies and recommending improvements
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across reporting systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide analytical support
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual reporting tasks
• Track operational trends and provide insights to support continuous improvement initiatives
• Support forecasting, planning, and business performance analysis activities
• Ensure compliance with data management policies and reporting standards

Requirements

Educational Qualification

• A good first degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field

Professional Qualification

• Relevant certifications in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Visualization tools will be an added advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC experience in a similar Data Analyst role
