Data Analyst at HSSL Systems Integrator

Job Description

• We are seeking an E-commerce Data Analyst who will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and competitiveness of product data on our e-commerce platform.
• This role involves validating pricing, applying markups, monitoring product availability reports, and supporting the overall efficiency of product catalog management.

Responsibilities

• Validate product details including names, SKUs, descriptions, and specifications.
• Monitor product availability and highlight missing or incomplete data.
• Ensure products follow category-level rules and visibility requirements.
• Data Quality & Accuracy
• Review and validate product attributes including name, SKU, description, and specifications.
• Ensure products comply with category-level rules (e.g., Request a Quote vs. Price Visible).
• Monitor product performance and highlight anomalies or gaps in data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or related fields.
• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis and in e-commerce, retail, or product catalog management.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and knowledge of the IT industry are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with end-users at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
