Job Summary:

The Data Analyst will play a key role in supporting the company\'s operations, sales, and production teams by analysing and interpreting data to help inform decision-making processes. This role involves working with various departments to collect, process, and present data insights that will improve product development, supply chain efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and clean data from various internal systems (e.g., sales, production, inventory, and customer feedback).
• Analyze production and sales data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Support inventory and supply chain teams with data analysis to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
• Provide regular reports and dashboards to stakeholders, including sales, production, and marketing teams.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of data systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Ensure data integrity and identify areas of improvement for data collection and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and timely delivery of reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing or consumer goods environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions)
• Experience with database management and data cleansing techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
