Job Description

• We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to help us leverage data to drive informed decision-making and operational excellence.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data trends, creating reports, and providing insights to help drive business decisions. You will play a key role in helping various departments use data to improve efficiency and enhance business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for management
• Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to support business strategies and decision-making
• Collaborate with different departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to understand their data needs
• Create data visualizations and presentations for senior leadership
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present findings in a clear, concise manner
• Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy across all reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the FMCG sector
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
