The Data Analyst will lead and support the analysis of qualitative data collected from field officers, including health-care providers and community leaders.
The Analyst will synthesize findings to inform the project coordinator and ensure that the voices of clients and providers are meaningfully represented in project outputs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the analysis of qualitative data using established qualitative methods.
Collaborate with field teams to ensure high-quality data collection and ethical standards.
Conduct literature reviews and desk research to contextualize findings within existing evidence on PAC and reproductive health.
Draft detailed analytical reports, case studies, and summaries for internal and external dissemination.
Work closely with the research team to triangulate qualitative insights with quantitative findings.
Ensure data privacy, confidentiality, and informed consent are maintained throughout the data life cycle.
Experience
Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 - 5 years of experience.
