Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to help drive strategic decision-making and improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand data needs and deliver insights.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, scripts, and data pipelines.
• Support data-driven decision-making by delivering clear and concise presentations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement based on analytical findings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1–3 years minimum) in a data analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one data analysis tool (e.g., Python, R, Excel).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
