Customer Success Associate

- Experience 1 - 2 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Sales / Marketing / Retail / Business Development
Requirements
- BSc/BA/HND/OND in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Background in retail sales.
- Organization and interpersonal skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Proficient use of Google suite. Microsoft Word. Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, numerical and data analytics skills.
- Ability to communicate. network and negotiate effectively and efficiently.
- 1-2 years work experience.
- Experience in Edtech or consulting is an added advantage.
