Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Male Customer Service & Verification Officer with strong knowledge of cars and proven experience in vehicle verification.
• The ideal candidate will also possess sales capabilities, with the ability to convert leads into sales while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

• Engage with clients professionally, providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Convert incoming leads into successful sales.
• Follow up on prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales and verification targets.
• Provide accurate information about vehicles and verification processes to clients.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all verification and sales activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in successful car verification.

Work Structure:

• Monday to Friday work schedule
