Job Description

• Our client urgently needs the services of a Customer Service Officer whose responsibilities will be to establish contacts with Customers, attend to their complaints, open their Accounts, and conduct KYC on every Account, and support all other Banking Operations.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees in a relevant field and must be very familiar with the usage and application of Bank One Software.
• The ideal person must have worked or still working with a Microfinance Bank for a period not less than 2 years in a similar position.

Remuneration

• Salary: N60,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
• Conditions of service are very good.
