As the Customer Service / Administrative Officer at Pullus Africa, your primary responsibility will be to treat our customers and stakeholders as the royalty they are, leaving them with a lasting positive impression. Furthermore, you are to ensure that the office runs as smoothly as possible.
Responsibilities
Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships.
Handle client issues throughout the implementation life cycle in a timely and accurate fashion.
Manage and train resources to ensure quality and consistency of service to customers.
Schedule and conduct status meetings with appropriate development resources and customers.
Assist sales team in business acquisitions, planning, retention, and management.
Maintain complete and accurate customer correspondence data.
Assist in making major business decisions.
Develop and update client-related reports.
Managing client relationships to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business.
Negotiate and manage agreements through the business contract process.
Identify and develop problem-solving methodologies to resolve customer issues.
Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
Knowing our competition and strategizing accordingly.
Overseeing daily office operations, including managing schedules, appointments, and deadlines.
Handling communication, both internal and external, through emails, phone calls, and in-person interactions.
Maintaining and organizing records, documents, and files in an efficient and accessible manner.
Inputting and updating information into databases or spreadsheets.
Arranging and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling, logistics, and preparation of materials.
Making travel arrangements for staff members, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Managing office supplies, ordering new stock, and ensuring adequate availability of necessary resources.
Establishing and maintaining efficient filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
Assisting with HR-related tasks such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions.
Handling routine issues and resolving administrative problems as they arise.
Coordinating IT support, managing office equipment, and ensuring the functionality of technology resources.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in related field
Minimum of 2 years of in Customer service and Administration
Proven experience in a communications role, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.
Proficiency in digital communication tools and social media platforms.
Outstanding written and oral communications skills
Crisis management experience is a plus.
Knowledge in social media strategies and best industry practices
