Job Duties
Execute outbound calls to existing clients for service renewals.
Identify customer concerns and collaborate with the appropriate team to provide timely and effective solutions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Collect feedback from clients about their experiences and reasons for non-renewal.
Educate clients about additional features, benefits, and value propositions.
Generate and maintain reports on renewal rates, customer satisfaction, and other relevant metrics.
