    Customer Experience Lead

    Job Description

    • Customers is the holy grail of our activities and strategy in Sabi Writers. And this is reflected in our Mission Statement: to make our customers dreams come true. Today, we are looking for a customer experience rock star – someone that will lead the drive to building one of the best customer experience departments in Africa.
    • This person will oversee our entire customer management system – ensuring from start to finish our customers get the best experience working with Sabi Writers. From on-boarding to service to management to after-sale support, this person will lead the customer experience way with innovation, vision, and execution.
