Job Summary

• The Curriculum Developer at our firm is responsible for creating and enhancing training materials and programs to ensure our employees are well-prepared to meet client needs. This role involves developing engaging and effective curriculum content, collaborating with various departments to identify training requirements, and ensuring alignment with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Designed and developed curriculum and training materials for internal training programs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Create assessments, interactive activities, and learning resources.
• Review and update existing training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to improve curriculum design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in curriculum development or instructional design, preferably in an outsourcing or similar industry.
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
• Strong Interpersonal Relationship and communication skills.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
