CTEACH Program Coordinator at Ashoka

Program Coordination and Support:

• Program Coordination: Provide essential support in coordinating the various aspects of the CTEACH program, working closely with the Programme Lead.
• Community Engagement: Support the implementation of CTEACH engagement strategies for 26 public and inclusive schools across six education districts in Lagos State.
• Programme Touch Point Assistance: Assist in the development, management, and supervision of the six program touch points throughout the year, ensuring their effective implementation in alignment with program goals.
• Opportunity Identification Support: Provide support in identifying critical program opportunities, organizing events and fostering the ongoing changemaker journey of teachers.
• Information Management Support: Assist in the collation of information from different teams, maintain project trackers, and support data collection and exchange to & from teachers, fostering community linkages.
• Budgeting and Funding Management: Contribute to budgeting processes and assist in managing funding activities, aligning financial plans with program goals.
• Communications Support: Assist in crafting and disseminating program-related communications, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
• Project Management: Apply project management skills, including design thinking, scheduling meetings, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring effective communication to all parties involved to ensure effective planning, execution, and evaluation of program initiatives.

Fundraising & Partnership Support:

• Fundraising Implementation Support: Collaborate with the Programme Lead in implementing the fundraising strategy, with a focus on corporate partnerships, company giving, and general partnership appeals.
• Proposal Development Assistance: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the CTEACH program delivery team, as well as the working group to contribute to the development of funding proposals, report creation, and dissemination to partners and sponsors.

Strategic Support:

• Stay Informed: Stay updated on donor trends, education, young people, and other topics relevant to the role and the organization.
• Program Oversight Assistance: Help in overseeing program activities, stepping in when needed in the absence of the Programme Lead.
• Collaborative Engagement: Engage in cross-team, cross-diamond collaboration, working closely with other functions and teams on other related-initiatives and organization-wide efforts.
• Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other related duties as required, adapting to the evolving needs of the program, which may include occasional travel and site visits in supporting program activities.

• Teamwork: The candidate must be excited to explore new and unique ways to work with, learn from & have fun with the team.
• Proficiency in English and Exceptional Communication skills (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong social media and online Community Management skills are desired.
