Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of our platform and enhance efficiency and performance through process development and implementation
Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure operational success
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation
Oversee human resource activities such as hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the cryptocurrency industry
Stay current on industry trends and developments to make informed decisions and recommendations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
5+ years of experience in Web3/Crypto operations, with a strong knowledge of HR management strategies and procedures
Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
Skills include multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced setting, as well as understanding regulatory needs in the crypto industry
Proven record of running effective operations teams
