Crop Farm Supervisor at Swift Consulting

Swift Consulting is currently recruiting to urgently fill the role of a crop farm supervisor for our client in agricultural sector.

Role: Crop Farm Supervisor

We are looking for someone that is experienced in crop farming, who is eager to efficiently grow different crops making use of the budget given and yielding positive harvest at the end of every season.

Responsibilities:

• Forward planning
• Making policy decisions
• Budgeting and maintaining accurate financial records
• Organizing sales and purchases of farm equipment, crops and agricultural products
• Handling paperwork and keeping administrative records
• Recruiting, training/instructing and supervising farm workers
• Making sure that work progresses satisfactorily
• Ensuring compliance with government regulations and health and safety standards
• Keeping an up-to-date knowledge of pests and diseases

Qualifications:

• We need someone with either OND/HND/BSC in any farm management discipline.
• Not less than three years’ experience in crop farm management
