    CRM Manager

    Principal Responsibilities

    • Contribute to the attainment of the company’s Income targets.
    • Manage day-to-day relationships with leads and develop a deep understanding of their needs.
    • Prepare and make effective service presentations to leads.
    • Gather new intelligence for the preparation of reports and presentations that will win the company contracts in ongoing and upcoming projects.
    • Support in the bidding process and ensure that most bids are won
    • Interface with industry regulators relevant to business development and provide regular business development reports
    • Demonstrate consistent business development with target-driven achievements.
    • Any other business development functions as may be directed by the management.

    Specifications

    • BSc /BA in business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
    • Minimum of three years of experience as a Client Relations Officer in the engineering services sector.
    • Proven record of accomplishment in business development activities.
    • Strong presentation, communication skills with a good understanding of the business-to-business environment and excellent business acumen.
    • A good ear-to-the-ground knowledge of upcoming and ongoing projects relative to the company’s business focus.
    • Any professional certification in CRM is desirable.
    • Excellent organization skills to meet goals and set priorities.

    This position comes with a two-pronged emolument:

    • Monthly salary
    • Negotiated commission on won prospects.
