KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct credit risk analysis to ensure effective management of the loan portfolio.
• Maintain a strong understanding of financial markets to support informed credit decisions.
• Identify, assess, and manage credit risks by applying appropriate risk control plans.
• Apply suitable risk techniques (terminate, treat, tolerate, or transfer) based on the organization's risk appetite.
• Structure credit facilities in line with borrowers' needs and the organization's lending policy

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of banking experience
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to upholding ethical standards.
• Adaptability and flexibility to navigate changing business requirements and priorities.
• Industry knowledge will be an added advantage.
