Key Responsibilities:

• Market and promote loan products in markets, business areas, and communities
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard credible clients
• Conduct client interviews, business appraisals, and guarantor verifications
• Assess loan applications and recommend approvals within policy guidelines
• Disburse approved loans and ensure proper documentation
• Monitor loan portfolio and follow up on repayments
• Recover overdue loans through ethical and professional methods
• Achieve weekly and monthly disbursement and repayment targets
• Maintain accurate records and submit daily/weekly reports

Requirements:

• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Must be outspoken, confident, and fearless in approaching clients
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Must reside in Akure.
