Credit Control & Receivables Manager at Halogen Group

Job Summary

• The Credit Control & Receivables Manager (CCRM) will oversee credit management for new and existing clients; implement credit policies and procedures; drive and monitor compliance with the guiding commercial policy.
• The jobholder will monitor and manager accounts receivables; identify and resolve billing discrepancies; and follow up on overdue invoices. The CCRM will drive collection and implement effective collection strategies; provide daily, weekly position reports and analysis to support business planning and decision making, and overall accurate and timely financial statements and reports.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field from a reputable institution.
• Professional accounting qualification (or in view; advanced stage) would be added advantage
• Good working knowledge of IFRS
• Minimum of seven years’ related experience including receivables management and credit control
• Sound commercial awareness, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, communication and reporting skills
• Digital savvy; conversant with the use of accounting/finance software; proficient use of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
